RapidLogX operates on a yearly license model. Each license provides 12 months of access to our web application, updates, and technical support. This policy outlines our refund and renewal terms for annual licenses.
1. License Activation
Once your license is activated and credentials are delivered, the product is considered successfully provided. Activation includes installation assistance, setup verification, and system onboarding.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only in the following cases:
- A verified technical issue from our side prevents activation or system access.
- A duplicate payment or billing error occurs during purchase.
- The license was not delivered or activated within the promised timeframe.
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Change of mind or business decision after activation.
- Incorrect setup, hardware, or OS configuration on the user’s end.
- Dissatisfaction without a valid technical fault or performance issue.
- Expired yearly license not renewed on time.
3. Refund Timeline
Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used during purchase (bank transfer, online gateway, or mobile payment).
4. License Renewal
RapidLogX licenses are valid for 12 months from the activation date. Customers will receive renewal notifications before license expiration. Renewals must be completed before expiry to ensure uninterrupted service and data access.
Renewal payments are non-refundable once processed, as renewal grants full access to continued service and updates.
5. Cancellation
Customers may cancel their license renewal any time before payment is processed. Once the annual license is activated, cancellations are not eligible for refunds. Access remains valid until the end of the current license period.
6. Enterprise & SLA Agreements
Enterprise clients with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or multi-branch licenses follow their contractual refund and renewal terms. Any financial adjustments are handled according to the respective contract clauses.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email our support team with:
- Full Name & Company Name
- Registered Email Address
- Invoice or Transaction ID
- Reason for Refund Request
