RapidLogX (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the platform”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our web app and related services for ISP log management and monitoring.

1. General

RapidLogX is a web-based network log management platform developed for Internet Service Providers (ISPs). We help ISPs store, analyze, and manage network logs securely in compliance with BTRC (Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission) requirements. By using RapidLogX, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

We may collect and store data that you share during signup, configuration, or communication with our support team. This can include your name, email address, organization name, contact details, and configuration information related to your ISP network setup.

Information collected automatically

When you use RapidLogX, we may automatically receive technical details such as IP address and login information, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, date/time of access, page views, and usage patterns. This helps us maintain system integrity, monitor performance, and ensure security.

Network & diagnostic data

RapidLogX processes network logs received from your configured devices (e.g., Mikrotik routers, servers, etc.). This data is controlled by the ISP — RapidLogX provides the software environment to manage and analyze it.

3. How We Use Information

  • Authenticate users and provide secure access to the platform
  • Enable features such as Host Management, Log Search, Analytics, and User Activities
  • Improve system performance, reliability, and user experience
  • Support compliance with BTRC data-retention and reporting practices
  • Communicate updates, security alerts, and maintenance notices

We do not sell or rent user or network data to third parties.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, and improve performance. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the platform may not function correctly without them. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand usage trends (aggregated and anonymized).

5. Data Security

All communication between your browser and our servers uses SSL/TLS encryption. Stored data is protected through layered access control, encryption, and regular system reviews. While we take strong precautions, no system can guarantee absolute security; if a breach occurs, we will notify affected users in line with applicable laws.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

ISPs retain ownership of their collected log data. We keep account and operational data only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal or contractual obligations.

To request deletion of your account or associated data, email info@rapidlogx.com with the subject “Request for Data Deletion.” After verifying ownership, we will securely delete relevant data from active systems and backups within 30 calendar days.

7. Disclosure of Data

  • To comply with valid legal or regulatory requests
  • To enforce our Terms of Service or investigate potential misuse
  • To trusted service providers operating under confidentiality to help run or maintain the platform

We do not share identifiable user or log data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

9. Changes to This Policy
